My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa… My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa Travels, specifically dealing with Agent Arsalan, was a complete disaster. Arsalan's unresponsive customer support, constant delays, and lack of trip knowledge were infuriating. They disappeared after taking my money, made last-minute hotel changes without warning, and the drivers were utterly unresponsive. Avoid this agency, especially Agent Arsalan, at any cost!

His industry knowledge and ability to utilize available resources ensured that we are not left with many questions. Yes he ensured that all questions are answered.
