Lutherland and Bavaria Oct 2018 What a wonderful well planned out trip! Our driver Werner and tour director Dorothy were fabulous! I so enjoyed following the life of Martin Luther and all the fabulous cities and sites along the way! Seeing the Neuschwanstein Castle has always been on my bucket list and it did not disappoint! Thank you for providing us Thank you for providing us a well planned trip. Everything was wonderful and we were able to visit so many places in Scotland. Our tour guide Gearoid and our bus driver Andy did a great job regarding the places we went giving us all the background information and the rich history of Scotland. I did not get to go horseback riding because of some scheduling changes, but it was all right. I showed Andy and Gearoid pictures of me riding. The two of them looked at the pictures and told me changes I needed to make. So it was actually better.

We really appreciated all the attention… We really appreciated all the attention to details for such a large group. Since David has reviewed you as well, the only item I would mention was that the upper room in the HoffBrau (spelling?) for Octoberfest was rather marginal. I think we sat for an hour and a half before we got anything and the fact that if you wanted a Dunkel beer you had to get a HUGE one but if you ordered something else you got a smaller one/choice. I said small Dunkel and got too much. When we finally received our meal it wasn't even what was promised, noodles and no veggies! Rest was awesome! Thanks!

This was my second trip This was my second trip with Reformation Tours. Both trips were highly specialized and designed to fit my unique needs and circumstances. Ref Tours went out of their way both times to make sure the trips were a grand success. I couldn't have done it without them. Moreover, I know Frank and Rowena personally and cannot recommend them highly enough. Your group would be blessed by working with them on your next trip.

Tour was good Tour was good. three problems. 1. The tour of Edinburgh Castle was confusing. The tour guide spent greater than 30 minutes outside the castle just talking. We didn't know how much time we would get to walk around. It was very frustrating. 2. A group dinner was scheduled at the Trout Inn. It should have been obvious to our tour guide, Nick, that he needed to help the restaurant organize how to deliver our pre-ordered meals. Someone should have assigned us seating so that the restaurant knew where to deliver the meals. Also, someone should have called ahead and verified that they were ready for us to arrive. As it happened, they were not ready. We had trouble getting drinks, we waited over two hours and never got fed. Unsatisfactory. 3. The final group meal in Windsor was not organized. The restaurant was not big enough to seat all of us in one location. Poor planning.
