Great experience Alhamdulillah. It was indeed a great experience. The guidance, support and cares are well given. It was actually a dream come true. I didn't regret every bit of the time well spent in Madina to Makkah. The hotels were all top notch and closer to the two holy masjid. Thank you. Dua was my agent and she made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Once I arrived in Medina they were there on arrival to take to to my hotel and ensure check in was smooth. The excursions in Mecca and Medina were beautiful and made me feel more connected to our beloved Prophet ﷺ. Our 5 star accommodations at clock towers Swissotel Mecca made going to the Kaaba anytime very convenient. Thank you so much for making this experience beautiful for my mom, mentor and I! Would rate lower if possible… have… Would rate lower if possible… have repeatedly dropped the ball and now are trying to shift the blame! Promised a WhatsApp group and Zoom meeting for all to go over the trip did NOTHING,,,once the money transferred hands they conveniently forget that they have a responsibility…. My friends are guiding me,,, not UI.., don’t sign up with them if possible.,, their five star reviews have to be their own friends and families btw!
