Best Umrah booking experience This was my first time using Umrah International. Booking was really smooth. Dua was very helpful. She made sure everything was booked perfectly. She would even answer my calls and text even after business hours. Their price was great and the hotels and flight I got were very good. Will definitely us them again. If you haven’t use them, I would definitely recommend them and ask for Dua. She will definitely take care of you really good

Worst experience Worst experience. Never use service of these travel agencies. Manage ur trip by urself. They take extra money from you and book you bad hotels. We are in medina now and this hotel nusk -al medina is a 2- star hotel and thy gave us as a 4- star hotel. This hotel is worst hotel nothing like 4- star. Travel agent charged me 250 dollars one night for this pathetic hotel. In real this hotel worh is 400 riyals per night. Worst hotel with no services at all.

Great Umrah experience I was trying to plan a solo Umrah trip as a single woman in 2023 but the process was overwhelming. Promised a WhatsApp group and Zoom meeting for all to go over the trip did NOTHING,,,once the money transferred hands they conveniently forget that they have a responsibility…. My friends are guiding me,,, not UI.., don’t sign up with them if possible.,, their five star reviews have to be their own friends and families btw!

Dua was my agent and she made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Once I arrived in Medina they were there on arrival to take to to my hotel and ensure check in was smooth. The excursions in Mecca and Medina were beautiful and made me feel more connected to our beloved Prophet ﷺ. Our 5 star accommodations at clock towers Swissotel Mecca made going to the Kaaba anytime very convenient. Thank you so much for making this experience beautiful for my mom, mentor and I!
