I have already done this, but I keep getting getting texts. I spoke to Jen today. She reassured me that my reservation was indeed verified. She was very kind and patient. I was a little nervous about getting another cancellation notice if I don’t verify!

Excellent customer care Jason was exceptional in his help and guidance through the reservation process. Everything was explained clearly and no details were missed. Extra time was spent ensuring I had rooms booked at my preferred location instead of only offering me the first available on the date I asked for.
