Reliable, Knowledgeable, and just down right awesome My partner and I wanted to plan a honeymoon where we wouldn't have to worry about being confused as "roommates" or booking a place that wouldn't be welcoming towards us. Jaike made us feel so comfortable from the very beginning and paid attention to every detail we were looking for. He even helped us reschedule everything we had to shift our dates. We've already recommended many of our friends to use the service. We look forward to additional trips through Out of Office!

An amazing trip and itinerary Maria curated a wonderful trip for me to Amsterdam, Brussels and Malta. It was a lovely adventure from beginning to end. The hotels she chose were wonderful, and her work to co-ordinate planes and trains and automobiles made it all stress free. She also booked me amazing tours that allowed me to really experience the countries I visited. I will continue to use Out of Office for my wonderful adventures!

Incredible Trip to India Jaike put together an amazing trip to India for me and my husband. We were not sure what to expect travelling to India, but the trip definitely exceeded our expectations. India can be rather chaotic, but the entire trip ran smoothly. We had a private driver and private tour guides in each city we visited, and everything was taken care of. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and provided in-depth explanations for everything we saw. And the hotels we stayed in were amazing. We fell in love with India and plan to return in the near future and will definitely have Jaike plan our return visit.

Do not use First off, they planned a great outline of a trip and set us up with some really neat tours. However, I would absolutely NOT use this company. There is no transparency at all...that's their model...so they plan things you didn't expect, what, or ask for. They don't tell you the cost of things, and they don't tell you what's included so you get tricked along the way. Also, there is literally nothing LGBTQ about them. We felt so manipulated by the marketing. Do not use~

Sam and Out of Office exceeded my every expectation I recently worked with Sam at Out of Office for a trip to Vietnam. She, and Out of Office, did an outstanding job of organizing and arranging the trip. The guides were all excellent and everything went like a well-oiled machine. Even when my flights were delayed, the guides patiently waited and were always there when expected. As a bonus, all the hotels selected by Sam were perfect. My favorite is still the Meritel Hanoi, where the staff went out of their way to always be there to help. Finally, but not least, I appreciate Sam's flexibility in structuring a trip that balanced my desire to have independent discovery time with more structured activities and events. This is the first time I have used a travel agent, and Out of Office exceeded all my expectations. Thank you.
