The tour guides and car services were exceptional. We encountered a major snowstorm which could have upset our holiday plans, but Shaye was there to find the best solution. We will always use Maria and Out of Office for our overseas travel!

Sam and Out of Office exceeded my every expectation I recently worked with Sam at Out of Office for a trip to Vietnam. She, and Out of Office, did an outstanding job of organizing and arranging the trip. The guides were all excellent and everything went like a well-oiled machine. Even when my flights were delayed, the guides patiently waited and were always there when expected. As a bonus, all the hotels selected by Sam were perfect. My favorite is still the Meritel Hanoi, where the staff went out of their way to always be there to help. Finally, but not least, I appreciate Sam's flexibility in structuring a trip that balanced my desire to have independent discovery time with more structured activities and events. This is the first time I have used a travel agent, and Out of Office exceeded all my expectations. Thank you.

Perfect Honeymoon Planning We worked with Maria to plan our two-week honeymoon in France. Every hotel was thoughtfully chosen and all the tours were exactly what we wanted! She understood what we wanted even better than we did, and we loved our whole itinerary. Additionally, an issue came up with one of our tours while we were on the trip (totally the fault of the tour guide, not Out of Office). We reached out to Maria, and she was on the phone with us within 15 minutes. She found us a replacement tour for the same day, and it was incredibly special. Perfect service, great communication, and a wonderful trip!

Matt at Out of Office aka the best travel guide Matt at Out of Office helped my husband and I plan an amazing 2 week trip to Thailand & Cambodia - full of highlights including museums/temples, food tours, elephant sanctuary, beaches and Angkor Wat all in luxurious accommodations. He was so kind and knowledgeable to work with that we decided to use him again to help us plan a trip with my parents included this time to Scotland & Ireland in September.
