Only fault was that Etihad made my wife walk a long distance from the plane to the terminal which was unacceptable for a First Class flight. To their credit EOM protested but received no explanation from Airline only the offer of a few points which totally missed the point of our complaint

Surf the net by all means. You won't find a better deal. They could not do anough for me. I asked so many questions which they duelle answered and sorted out, and at no time were they fased just very professional and courteous. I myself would recommend EOM to anyone without question for price and service.

Amazing customer service I have dealt with many travel companies for business travel in the past and eom travel was by far the most efficient and friendly.
