Integral & reputable Very rare to find a travel agent who is honest and doesn't bait and switch. Most of them have excuses. EOM is truly a pleasure to work with. They are integral and reputable. Eli is great. He's straight from the get go. There is no bait and switch with this agent. Their customer service is unparallel to anyone else out there. Eli & the team gives each of their customers the red carpet treatment.

Only fault was that Etihad made my wife walk a long distance from the plane to the terminal which was unacceptable for a First Class flight. To their credit EOM protested but received no explanation from Airline only the offer of a few points which totally missed the point of our complaint

Superb Service Eli and Rachel could not do enough to make sure we got flights to fit our itinerary. We had to change dates but that was no problem and no additional cost. We only fly for leisure now but corporate travelers seriously need to look to these girls they could save your company thousands.

Very efficient travel agency that was completely hassle free Booking a flight is always the most dreaded part of flying, until I used EOM. I got a great deal on a good flight. I had a good seat, good airline, and not only did I get a great price for it, I didn't have to spend hours on the computer finding it myself. Excellent customer service, and would definitely use again!
