*****New OnPay Client Review***** We are a six-month OnPay client and are happy with our decision. The most straightforward and user-friendly small business payroll/benefits platform we have used and we have worked with a few of them: (ADP, AmCheck, Paychex, QuickBooks, Wells Fargo, etc.). The helpdesk is timely and efficient and available by chat or phone.

OnPay provides a simple process for… OnPay provides a simple process for micro/small businesses. Migrating was relatively simple and OnPay staff were super helpful (plus, US-based) when I had questions. Running each payroll cycle is faster than our old service, plus OnPay made it easier for me to file my payroll taxes. I'm really pleased with OnPay overall - great service, friendly people.

OnPay software fails and no resolution after 1 mth OnPay customer for 6 years and was a fan. I have now lost all trust as they have failed to resolve an issue caused by their software failure. One pay run failed resulting in some employees paid twice and others not at all. Customer Service was cordial but I have been told for a month that the development team was working on it and would provide an update. Not one update from them and the reporting is still wrong in their system. It's December and I doubt the W2's will be right. After multiple calls, emails, and now having to constantly check for errors this has become a massive waste of time. I am switching providers asap.

Tough Transition: Then Smooth Sailing The transition was tougher than I expected. There were some some things we did with our former provider that Onpay's system would not support. Once those changes were made, smooth sailing. I especially appreciate the quick availability of your service team... no waiting for hours get a question answered.

Not worth the savings I previously wrote a glowing review for OnPay but after using them for a couple of years now I have to say, my rating has definitely changed. For some reason they did not process our unemployment reports. I brought this to their attention and now nearly 3 months later they have not fixed it. Have tried for a week to speak with a manager and that hasn't happened also.
