INRefund issue resolved We have been facing one refund issues regarding our flight and the response from airline and travomint customer care was pending. Today we spoke to MR. Salman from the refunds department, he is a good listener , possess a good interpersonal skill to handle clients , quick in resolving the issue for us . I thank travomint and his team and Mr Salman for helping us .

INEMAIL ID CRASHED I LOST MY FLIGHT DETAILS MY EMAIL ID CRASHED I LOST MY FLIGHT DETAILS.I COULDNT REMEMBER MY FLIGHT NAME ALSO.SO I WENT THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION I FOUND OUT I BOOKED IT THRU TRAVOMINT.I IMMEDIATELY SEARCHED CUSTOMER CARE.I SPOKE WITH SALMAN HE WAS QUICK TO HELP ME AND SOLVE MY ISSUE.VERY GOOD LISTENER AND HELPFUL.THANK U SO MUCH.

INI will give a 0 rating I will give a 0 rating. Travomint is committing fraud. I booked a ticket, but when I go to cancel it, they say I won't get a refund, even though I cancelled it before the 5th day. They provide poor service and effluents people's money.do not book ticket through the this agency very bad service.customer care support is also not friendly.

GBNeeded to confirm payment and booking… The bank stopped the payment to check potential fraud and I used a different card. It wasn’t clear if the payment went through, so I tried the chat with Eric. He confirmed the payment as complete and booked the flight. It put our minds at ease knowing the booking and payment actions were complete. Eric sent the email with the tickets confirmed within 30 minutes.

GBSo nice! This was my first booking with Travomint. I called and spoke with representative Kathy Jason, who was super nice and super helpful. She supported me in all questions regarding the tickets.
