So nice! This was my first booking with Travomint. I called and spoke with representative Kathy Jason, who was super nice and super helpful. She supported me in all questions regarding the tickets.

I am really pleased with the way Harshit handled the issue.… I am really pleased with the way Harshit rendered help step by step to complete the failed payment process.Thus successful payment process got me the confirmation of my flight from BOM to BLR departing on 06 Oct 2022. Refund issue resolved We have been facing one refund issues regarding our flight and the response from airline and travomint customer care was pending. Today we spoke to MR. Salman from the refunds department, he is a good listener , possess a good interpersonal skill to handle clients , quick in resolving the issue for us . I thank travomint and his team and Mr Salman for helping us .

Last min book- Thanks Rukshana I had booked a ticket last minute on Travomint, but somehow the airline did not confirm the ticket. When I called Travomint, Miss Rukshana assisted me in every way possible. She was extremely warm, patient and found an alternate ticket around the same time and same price. She kept searching until I got a ticket. I am so pleased with Travomint's service and especially Miss Rukshana's assistance and her skill set to deal with customers in a stressful situation.
