10/10 Support is Amazing I have used onward ticket many times for travel to central and south America. Only once Avianca airlines didn't like the ticket, I contacted support and within 20 minutes had a refund of the full amount back in my account. I will always try onwardticket.com first before booking refundable flights. Amazing support and service.

quick and effective human service! I got a ticket for a connection floght that I was worried that won’t work for me, I wrote them and got an instant human response that allowed me to book a new one to try better combination and was refunded for the original booking. Not taken for granted at all! Trustworthy and helpful.
