Perfect experience We had a really great experience using the service between Newark and Manhattan. I was initially concerned because upon booking I did not immediately receive a confirmation email, however, close to our travel date I received a confirmation text, which is exactly what the website had said would happen. I found the booking system user friendly and the drivers very courteous and professional. The driver who picked us up at the airport was available by text once we landed so we could let him know once we had our bags and were ready to meet. If we end up traveling to NYC with our young kids again I would definitely use this service again.

Highly highly recommended. Great for families. Come highly recommended. We are from the UK and travelled with our 14 month old. Both trips too and from the airport to Mahattan were safe, with the correct car seat installed and both drivers friendly and put us at ease. We left a mobile phone on the taxi on our return trip and Nelson at Kidmoto was nothing short of exceptional in making sure we got it back ok. The taxi driver brought it back to their head office and Nelson despatched via the post office and kept us up to date on the errant phone''s whereabouts until we got it back a few days later. Again, this company can't come better recommended.

Kidmoto is a fantastic service! Kidmoto is a fantastic service fire families with young children! Its such a relief to be able to travel with my little ones without having to worry about car seats! Nelson provides excellent door to door service for us, our two kids, 6 suitcases, and strollers. He helped make traveling with our little ones so easy. I would recommend them to anyone with kids and will definitely be using the service again in the future.

Reliable and Safe When you're travelling with a baby, extra planning is required. After doing some research, Kidmoto seemed like the best way to transport four adults and one four month-old baby girl from JFK to Manhattan, along with loads of luggage! Everything went smoothly, with texts keeping us informed of the driver's whereabouts etc. All in all, using Kidmoto couldn't have been easier to organise, and we would definitely travel with them again.
