GBNasty company Nasty company. It was obvious it couldn't satisfy any of the bookings it sold on the 10/01/24. Still went ahead and took the money. Maybe hoping some people won't chase their refunds. You should automatically refund everyone whose booking was not satisfied without them going to their bank or chasing you for their refunds. 27/01/24: They still have not refunded! I stand by what I wrote.

FRScam Good morning. I made a reservation 2 days ago. The money was already taken yesterday. I contacted the hotel who is not familiar with this company and received no reservations. It's a scam. No response by email, whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram. I will find out how to get my money back. Update 01/13 I still haven't received the refund yet.

GBSCAM…I disputed my charges and… SCAM…I disputed my charges and cancelled my credit card. Never received email confirmation after booking and contact number listed for business is invalid. Update: Love how you can reply to all these complaints but can’t send a confirmation email or get your phones to work or live chat. My payment was disputed and card cancelled so you scammers no longer have my information.

CABig yikes Unexpectedly paid 170$ Canadian not realizing the money is in USD. The hotel is 99$ Canadian on the website. My money was taken, my room was not confirmed and my trip is in a few days and when emailing support they got back to me once, told me to email support if I have concerns (which is what I was doing) then replied to no further emails requesting a refund. Sufficient to say my trips been ruined and I wouldn’t suggest booking this way to my worst enemy
