DOConfirmed after 5 hours I made a reservation and they charged my card immediately, although I didn't receive any confirmation. The voucher finally came after almost 5 hours. I think they just take this time to confirm with the hotel. After reading these reviews I got nervous and called the hotel, they confirmed my reservation is fine, so it's not a scam.
