GBI tried calling singapore airlines and… I tried calling singapore airlines and my call was rerouted to Booking Ace on 30/10 - Time 03:56 PM PST and the agent answered my Call, he transferred my call multiple times to the manager and i spoke to the manger after the conclusion they informed he will cancel my Singapore airlines booking and rebook in Scoot airlines with the same fare and everything would be same as the previous Booking. The Agent informed me I will get a booking in 30 Min. Nothing was received with the reference number. I checked in scoot airlines and found the ticket he booked had no baggage, no food no seats , nothing .. i tried calling scoot customer care multiple times today and all they informed was unable to track the Booking , you did not call us yesterday some even disconnected as wrong number. One of the worst customer service

GBGreatful for the service your company give us Mr. Jordan went above and beyond to help me give my mom the trip to see her other daughters, I appreciate everything he did to make sure our trip was worth it. Even when we experienced a bad situation with the delta company he stayed and contacted the people he needed to help him resolve our issue. So grateful, will be using this company on our next adventure.

GBLess than one star! If I could put something less than one star I would have. These types of companies should not be allowed to operate because they are the epitome of "bait and switch." Not only did the agent offer me a totally different price for the ticket I called about that was offered on their website, but he proceeded to offer me a totally different airline carrier. I mean really...they explain their cheap fares as "unconfirmed" fares or "standby" fares (his words not mine) and I had to tell him that I am an experienced traveler whose mother retired from the airline business...geesh! This company is an embarrassment to anyone with an iota of intelligence.

GBGreat Customer Service I had to call several times, because I kept having issues all the reps I spoke to were great. One in particular helped me a lot, David Smith, he has a lot of patience and was very good about making sure my flight was correct. At one point, it looked like my flight was canceled when I called David said no that's not right and fixed it for me right away.
