DEI'm giving the company 3 stars for the… I'm giving the company 3 stars for the way they conduct business. First they show you a cheap airfare and you will fall for it. Then comes an email saying they can't offer you that airfare and that you need to call them asap. (They already have your credit card info with them). During the phone call they offer other more expensive alternatives which you will have to accept because you already agreed on the first airfare. Then they ask for a picture of your credit card and ID. How weird is that? Personally I had to speak to 3 different employees to reach the one that very politely explained their methods and that my money was completely secured with the airline. To this employee I would give him 5 stars.

GBGreat Customer Service I had to call several times, because I kept having issues all the reps I spoke to were great. One in particular helped me a lot, David Smith, he has a lot of patience and was very good about making sure my flight was correct. At one point, it looked like my flight was canceled when I called David said no that's not right and fixed it for me right away.

The representative I spoke with (Neal Martin) to make my reservation was so helpful and he serviced all my needs, and the representative I spoke with Joel Newman) to get my return boarding passes was equally as knowledgeable, and courageous. In a world where customer service is all be obsolete I really appreciate the service I received. Thank you and I will be flying Southwest in the future. 🙂

GBAlthough it started off… Although it started off unacceptable...Mr. Williams responded very sympathetically about how I was treated so unprofessionally by Ms. Brown and he addressed my concerns. I believe he did the best he could base on the guidelines between Booking Ace and American airlines. My concerns were met and is resolved. Best, Ms. D'E
