GBMy representative was Sheldon My representative was Sheldon. He was really nice and patient. I had many questions and he walked me thru the process and answered my questions with patience. At one point we had difficulty with my credit card. It kept showing the message of "Error" when Sheldon tried to run the number. But, he stuck with it and was able to rectify the problem. He's really nice and professional.

GBI called in because when I made a mistake and put the wrong return time. I called in because when I made my reservation I accidentally picked the wrong return time. I had the pleasure of speaking with Simon Paul and told him what happened that I picked the wrong return time by mistake. The one that I picked would get me home to late and I have to go to work early the next day. He was able to help me correct my mistake and get me the return time that I had meant to pick to begin with. I really do appreciate his help and the great conversation we had while he was making the change.
