Service provided by the Agency The agency was very efficient in solving my doubts and help me to obtain the flight that I needed in the specific terms that I needed. They solved my issues with the booking. The operator were nice and patience with me, and the process was very fast.

Company willing to respond to comments After this comment, I received a phone call to address my concerns. I understand that only one seat was for the lower price. The agent is looking into the person I talked to. I upgraded to 4 stars from 3 stars. Original comment: I got my tickets and the process was relatively easy. However, when I was researching I got one price for an individual but if I increased the number of travelers the per-person price went up $8 or more. When I called to book hoping that talking to a real person would allow for booking all of us at a cheaper price, I was quoted a per-person cost of $30 more than I could get online. The person on the phone was not willing to look into the difference or cared.

It was great It was great, but it is not easy to get the information about my flight and I am a little afraid about it.

Quick and Easy So far my experience has been great. Easy to use web site and I received my e-ticket within the time stated. Flight was booked well in advance so I will update review if needed. Company did great with disclosures and made it very clear that airline flight changes are outside of their control. Have not has to reach out to customer service as of the date of this review.
