Quick and Easy So far my experience has been great. Easy to use web site and I received my e-ticket within the time stated. Flight was booked well in advance so I will update review if needed. Company did great with disclosures and made it very clear that airline flight changes are outside of their control. Have not has to reach out to customer service as of the date of this review.

You charged more than the final price… You charged more than the final price sent to my email… that is misleading as there is not an excuse or argument for that extra. I noticed when I was about to pay for extra luggage as the trip is for my grandmother (an older woman). With this I am not sure that I can trust you in the future with my payments.

Hey i bought a flight that leaves at… Hey i bought a flight that leaves at 3:55 pm and when you sent me the ticket it was at 11.55 am, y need to change it, someone from the company comtsfted me, and he told that he can refund it for the whole qunatity, that is very nice, because i didnt get to take the flight
