GBA definite bucket list tour but must be able to endure lotsssssss of walking!!!! There were many operational disappointments with the tour which included lack of communication of pertinent info from ritz rep (Olga) and the tour organizer (grace)…. Many of us had never been out of the country before and communication of pertinent info was only done when initiated by the traveler…. It took days once we arrived in europe to even know who ‘Grace’ was! She could have made herself more visible…. Many questions asked of Olga were pushed off to Grace who ghosted us! This trip involved an EXTENSIVE Amt of walking and his disclosure should b shared in the tour description! Overall the you itself was a chance of a lifetime!!!

GBFamily private group tour Our family of 14 recently enjoyed a second private group overseas trip through Ritz. Ritz took care of our first private group tour of 27 people 6 years ago and, in both trips, we were treated most professionally, expertly, and even personally where and when needed. In addition, we started on their regular tours and kept giving them repeating business over the years before we trusted them with our own private groups. We have recommended them to friends who reported back with all positive praises.

GB5 stars revisit We had been travel to all those cities multi times before. This Ritz tour experience in China is the best we had so far. To our surprise, the food are top notch for a tour. Hotel are 5 stars. Yangtze River cruise is super with many special privileges like VIP lounge and banquet dinner. Tour buses are mostly clean and comfy, one thing need to point out is the bus in Shanghai smell like a moving cigarette ash tray. All local tour guide are great and knowledgeable. Ocean, our tour leader is fantastic all the way 👏 he navigated the whole group through the confuse and busy airports with ease. During the flight being cancel due to bad weather, Ocean put in extra effort to arrange for a new flight, hotel accommodation, transportation and make sure we don’t go hungry. Also I need to thanks Lillian in her LA office for provide all the needed information. Ritz, we will comeback for more future travel.

GBTrip was well planned Trip was well planned. Covering London, Paris, Lucerne Switzerland, Rome, Venice, and several other locations in Italy, was quite remarkable in just under 2 weeks. Hotels were very nice. Some of the included meals could have been better, but the fact that so many were included was a plus. Transport from place to place could not have been better. Train and motor coach was a great way to see each country. Overall,

GBEnjoyable Trip Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to this beautiful and fascinating country. Hotels were fine, enjoyed all the restaurants. There was so much to see I wished the tour was a little longer. The only thing that was disappointing was a trip to a garden on a day that was pouring rain there. ( Don't remember if it was in Kyoto or Osaka.) Ended up walking back to the bus, was just too wet. Would have been nice if there was a back-up activity in case of rain.
