DENZEL was the one who helped me with… DENZEL was the one who helped me with my issue with my seats. He was very friendly and helpful and did everything he cld to fix issue. Unfortunately I'll prob miss my connection to California because United Air changed my seat number I had booked through cheap flights & now I'm to far back in the plane to make it in time to the next gate. That isn't Denzels fault,so the service I got was great today from him. The issue is my front of the plane seat was changed & it now screws up rest my trip. Thank you for doing all you could Denzel to help me try to make connection.

The team tried their best to solve the… The team tried their best to solve the problem I faced trying to change the name on my ticket. The airline was not responsive but the team did not give up until the name was corrected after 5 grueling days. Tristen and Charles were particularly very helpul.

Good booking I was able to book a business class flight to Europe at a good price. After submitting my purchase online, I received a call from an agent to verify my information. The ticket confirmation, including the airline locator code, was sent to me by the next day. This was the first time I had used this company, which I was referred to from a search on Kayak. Overall, it was a good experience.
