GBI made my reservation last night and I… I made my reservation last night and I had to call 4 MORE TIMES to get my e-tickets actually sent to me. The first 3 times I was told I would receive them by email within 1 hour. That never happened. Finally on the 4th call a representative sent me them while I was on the phone. Even now when I go on the Frontier website my seat assignments aren't there even though I paid an extra $140 fee. Bad, bad service here.

Denzel exemplified the best that any company may wish for: professionalism, expertise and, more importantly, the willingness and readiness to go that extra mile for your customer and help with my need!! We didn't see our son in more then 6 months and were so much looking forward to this trip to LA! But my mother took a fall and I had to stay with her! Even though my request and unfortunately inability to travel due my 93 years old mom fall, came less than 24 hours before departure - he did his best and got a partial refund for me!

GBGood booking I was able to book a business class flight to Europe at a good price. After submitting my purchase online, I received a call from an agent to verify my information. The ticket confirmation, including the airline locator code, was sent to me by the next day. This was the first time I had used this company, which I was referred to from a search on Kayak. Overall, it was a good experience.
