GBHad to pay twice for bags. Booked a ticket and paid for a checked bag. Arrived at airport to be told it wasn’t on their system and my receipt meant nothing. Spoke to a CFF rep and was told to buy more bags, send receipts and if he refunded. Being foreign I had massive problems paying in person and had to pay to change things. Still waiting to see if I am going to be refunded after paying for bags twice (both ways) and to change things (both ways).

GBGood booking I was able to book a business class flight to Europe at a good price. After submitting my purchase online, I received a call from an agent to verify my information. The ticket confirmation, including the airline locator code, was sent to me by the next day. This was the first time I had used this company, which I was referred to from a search on Kayak. Overall, it was a good experience.

GBThey made it right I booked a flight for me and my son. I was told the e-tickets would come by email within an hour. That didn't happen until I called back 3 times. But I got a follow up call and got help with my seat assignments that were not showing up on the airline's site. I appreciated the service.
