Great deals with Go City New York What a great deals with Go City New York. It's initially a big purchase, of course, but we really benefited from it a lot. From bike rental, access to museums, the boat to Ellis Island, tickets to the New York Yankees, and more. It was all super easy to arrange with your smartphone. We saved hundreds of dollars. An absolute must if you want to see a lot and also want an attractive deal. Just go for that Go City pass.

The Go City app is really easy to use The Go City app is really easy to use. There are loads of useful information to enable us to decide on the attractions to visit. Best of all, we could reserve the time slot for The Empire States Building via the app.

So many fun experiences to choose from So many fun experiences to choose from. With Go city I was able to decide which activities I wanted to do and pre book from home. Very convenient and didn’t have to worry about payment once I was at my destination. My vacation itinerary was all set before I even stepped foot on the airplane

I purchased a two-days Go City pass I purchased a two-days Go City pass. On the first day, I only used two passes. While, On the 2nd day, my rental car had an issue and it could not be started. I had to wait for the road assistant, which means my daily plan was ruined and I had no time to use up the rest pass. I contacted Go City, at first, I've been told I could only get back 10% refund. Eventually, they allowed me to use up the other day's pass in one of the next 5 days, which was helpful.

Seriously disappointed Bought tickets with Gocity and planned our city break. The day before we were due to go we had emails to tell us the attractions which we had booked were not available due to “an unforeseen logistical incident “ . It transpires that this incident was that they hadn’t acquired enough tickets. Therefore we were not able to visit either attraction - both of which were the main points of going to visit this city. The customer service when I tried to get some help was appalling. I would strongly recommend booking independently so you’re not disappointed by this useless company. We’re heartbroken that we have gone all this way and not seen what we came for. ( The alternative date offered was for after we had arrived home😢)
