Wine Tram Tour Seamless Booking. I used Viator to book the Franschoek Full Day Wine Tram Tour and it was seamless. The fact that I includes the Cape Town Sightseeing Red bus ride within the cost is a bonus. I loved being able to choose my preferred pick-up spot by the Red Bus - such convenience. Thank you Viator. Choosing tours Choosing tours, checking availability, and purchasing was very easy. When searching 20-30 tours over multiple days it would be helpful to have a Tour Number to search for instead of a many worded heading. I get the favorite heart but still when searching out many tours a reference number to search on would be very helpful. Also there were inconsistencies in the overviews. Many just were not specific about the tours and what's included.

despite contact the agents(everytime… despite contact the agents(everytime not the same agent I chatted with)several times, my problem in booking for 12 pax is still unsolved until now. At the booking platform, I can only book 1 group of 7 pax maximum, whereas I need to book 2 groups(we are a group of 13 pax). The agent emailed me the link to book for 2 groups, but still the slot is always "sold out" when I tried to book the 2nd group.

Watch out for Pirate Taxies With a bit of a hiccup in the beginning, our driver did arrive to pick us up from the airport. He was very friendly. Watch out for pirate taxies that try to cancel your reservations when waiting for your ride. There are a lot of them outside the airport who use all kind of misdirection to persuade unknowing patrons to cancel their reservations. Our prearranged driver got us to the resort, from the Airport, within 25 minutes. He helped load and unload our luggage. When going back to the airport, our driver was on time and, once again, helped us with loading and unloading our luggage.

Would highly recommend aiming to be the… Would highly recommend aiming to be the first on the boat and securing one of the 4 seats available at the top. Provides more shade and makes you feel like a VIP! (But still looked great if you weren't able to secure the top). Super informative and friendly staff and the complementary drinks are a really nice touch
