GBI booked a flight and realized within 2… I booked a flight and realized within 2 hours I needed to cancel. I spoke with Al Capro from customer service who was professional polite and went to great measures to try to assist. He is an absolute asset to your customer service team and the reason I will book through your company in the future. 5 stars for him!

GBTravelopick-Vegas flight and car rental Quoted price for Vegas flight (with confirmation numbers and flight confirmation numbers) was $402.xx, credit card charges $437.xx. Car Rental total mess. Communications, transfers of calls, car substutions, and charges lead to a mess. I just wanted a Nissan Rogue on May 26th at 0900 hours, for six days..easy right. NOT. Car was rented and billed in "split charges" (what is that about) for about $335... but another $359.xx was charge to my Visa and Travelopick has no answer for what that is for. No knowledge what-so-ever. Two hours on phone with Travelopick and Visa....not enjoyable. Save all your documentation to save yourself. Very bad experience, in MANY ways. Pathetic, start to finish. Fraud in my mind.
