GBI appreciate Denzel's wonderful service I appreciate Denzel's wonderful service. I am a Chinese aged woman. My English listening skill is not good enough. Denzel is very patient. He answered all my questions. He also sent me details about how to find my credit that is given by American airline. Because I can not understand Denzel's talking completely, I always asked him to repeat what he had said. At last he asked me to talk with him via "chat".That is a very good idea. My reading skill is much better than listening skill. So, finally we can communicate successfully. He not only helps me resolve the problem of communication, but also helps me get more refund from American airline. The result comforts me a lot. I thank for Denzel's great supports.
