Not happy with their service at all! Not happy with their service at all! Firstly they took money out of my credit card without my consent and when contacted they claim that they have cancel ticket and money will be refunded but I am still getting emails that your flight is booked. Also when checked with airlines they also confirmed the ticket is not cancelled or refunded. They think everyone is dumb and whatever they will say we will believe. I gave them enough chances but all in vain! Evelyn Gray was the first one I contacted who charged me without my consent and then their supervisor Raymond keep insisting the ticket is cancelled and money will be refunded despite me checking with my credit card company and airlines that the ticket has still not been cancelled. Do not know who to believe! Disappointed!

I have never used a travel agency… I have never used a travel agency before. This was my first time. I was contacted by Eugene within hours with an impressive quote for business class which saved me thousands of dollars more than what I would have paid for using Expedia or kayak. He was very resourceful, responsive and reassuring through the entire process. I will definitely be using them again for my upcoming trip in December.
