There were changes with our flight from… There were changes with our flight from Boston to St. Louis and Aaron took care of us and change the flight to a different airline so we had a nonstop flight. Very much appreciated!!

Not happy with their service at all! Not happy with their service at all! Firstly they took money out of my credit card without my consent and when contacted they claim that they have cancel ticket and money will be refunded but I am still getting emails that your flight is booked. Also when checked with airlines they also confirmed the ticket is not cancelled or refunded. They think everyone is dumb and whatever they will say we will believe. I gave them enough chances but all in vain! Evelyn Gray was the first one I contacted who charged me without my consent and then their supervisor Raymond keep insisting the ticket is cancelled and money will be refunded despite me checking with my credit card company and airlines that the ticket has still not been cancelled. Do not know who to believe! Disappointed!
