Scammers Scammers - do not trust - they are either crooks or are effectively using a good business's name - but either way you can't trust it. It is possible there is another, separate, legitimate business using this same name (ie. “Red Umbrella”) - but if *that business is unable to protect that name / brand - then it’s an impossible situation for them… Straight up, Red Umbrella scammed me - do not engage!!!

Jamieson did a Great follow up of a Complex Case I had a problem with my daughter´s name with Avianca tickets. This was a complex issue, that caused a lot of confusion. Finally agent Jamieson followed up my case and is currently is helping get my refund for this issue. Thanks Jamieson!
