Finally Great Customer Service! I had made several calls to Frontier without any assistance until I encountered Kylie. She answered the phone promptly and not only was she able to answer all of my questions, but she also exhibited great Customer Service! Scammers Scammers - do not trust - they are either crooks or are effectively using a good business's name - but either way you can't trust it. It is possible there is another, separate, legitimate business using this same name (ie. “Red Umbrella”) - but if *that business is unable to protect that name / brand - then it’s an impossible situation for them… Straight up, Red Umbrella scammed me - do not engage!!!
