very disappointing Maris booked us on Air Canada (AC) from Montreal to Casablanca. AC notified us of change of equipment and put us in premium. Maris told us we would not be refunded the difference but that he could rebook business for the next day, which we took. AC cancelled that flight after we sat on the plane 4 hours, put us in straight economy the next day and only gave us a partial refund for the difference. Maris did nothing to help, although claiming he was working on it. SO FAR, NOTHING

It was a good trip! My ticket from SFO to ATQ was economy + business. This was my first time experience with this company and Marta was my contact person and she was great. There was some confusion about luggage weight limit but at the end of day it was resolved at ATQ coming back. The lounge experience was good at Philadelphia and Doha Qatar. I would recommend them and it was legit especially it's based in USA.
