Camila was outstanding Camila was outstanding. She answered all of my questions, took notes on what I needed (when and where), and stayed in contact until I was ready to travel. She then booked a great flight, and all went prefectly.

Thankfully our flight went well Thankfully our flight went well. We were very comfortable but concerned at the same time. March 17 and April 2, 2024 were our flight dates. On April 2 our flight attendants/ serving crew were very unorganized with all of their activities. From failing to greet customers in Business class, to unorganized meal service, it was distressing. Also, I did not realize I was flying on a 787 Dreamliner until shortly before take off. I will never ride on one again. BCC was great to work with. Next time I will ask about the type of plane!

very disappointing Maris booked us on Air Canada (AC) from Montreal to Casablanca. AC notified us of change of equipment and put us in premium. Maris told us we would not be refunded the difference but that he could rebook business for the next day, which we took. AC cancelled that flight after we sat on the plane 4 hours, put us in straight economy the next day and only gave us a partial refund for the difference. Maris did nothing to help, although claiming he was working on it. SO FAR, NOTHING

Grazie Mille Kaan Eker! I have never used a Business Class Consolidator and I must say that Kaan Eker made the experience so pleasant and helpful. I had a lot of changes and questions and his patience with me, who was nervous about the process, was unending. My trip is still months in the future and I feel at ease knowing he is a support resource with tremendous knowledge and excellent customer service skills! Thank you Kaan!
