Europe Trip Dealing with Sabina was truly a pleasure...she went the extra mile providing multiple Airlines Options...after the one I booked canceled my Flt early (1:30AM) she worked hard and got me out on another Airline later that AM so not to miss my Appointments.

Thankfully our flight went well Thankfully our flight went well. We were very comfortable but concerned at the same time. March 17 and April 2, 2024 were our flight dates. On April 2 our flight attendants/ serving crew were very unorganized with all of their activities. From failing to greet customers in Business class, to unorganized meal service, it was distressing. Also, I did not realize I was flying on a 787 Dreamliner until shortly before take off. I will never ride on one again. BCC was great to work with. Next time I will ask about the type of plane!
