She did alot of research to set me up with the perfect room and the airline tickets along with transportation to and from the cruse ship. She has worked there for over 30 years. She responded to phone calls and text messages very quickly and helped us navigate a very tricky situation. She was organized and responsive, while also be honest and informative.
