She responded to phone calls and text messages very quickly and helped us navigate a very tricky situation. She was organized and responsive, while also be honest and informative. Francine is the best Francine, the customer service operations supervisor help me solve an issue that I was having trouble with for over a month. She was incredibly personable and understanding with my situation and took care of the issue within a few days. I am extremely grateful for her and her wonderful customer service.
