Not only did she apologize several times about the miscommunication, she took the time to explain how it happened. She made several adjustments to my preferences and guaranteed it wouldn't happen again! I'm very impressed how she cared and addressed all of the problems I had. Great Service!

GBJasmine Watson is the BEST! I have a cruise planned for THIS WEEKEND and my companions have been a mess! One dropped out, another person was able to take his place, but then had to cancel and THEN got clearance to go after all, but AFTER I had called cruisebound to cancel his spot. Each of these changes required that I contact cruisebound and get them to alter the booking. They did amazing magic for me! Namely, Jasmine Watson! She was my hero through this whole process and handled everything like a pro! Thank you Jasmine, you deserve a raise!

GBI would think twice before booking… I would think twice before booking through Cruisebound they will nickel and dime you all the way through the process. they don't even include the ride from the airport to the ship (which by the way I also booked through them 12 Miles wanted to charge me $136.00) I will never book with them again. I had to dig into it to even find out that it wasn't included. Sad

GBWill use again It was very easy to reserve the booking. But I didn’t double check something when paying and realized I made a mistake (definitely my fault) and cruise bound helped me fix it!
