CHDo not trust Five Star Alliance My requests were not forwarded to the hotel although I made the booking 1 1/2 months before check-in. An important occasion for me due to 25th anniversary. We arrived 2 days before New Year’s Eve and the hotel were completely fully booked. We arrived late in the evening and we needed 3 1/2 hours to find another adequate place to stay. Customers service doesn’t answer any mails or phone calls. I very much regret not having booked through another provider. Absolutely unacceptable the way this company deals with customers.

GBSeoul and Tokyo We just finished a 17 day trip to Seoul and Tokyo and stayed at the Shilla and Imperial hotels. . We got upgraded at each and treated like royalty after joining the Leaders Club which was suggested by John at 5 Star. We’ve booked several trips with 5 Star and they’ve always been in great hotels and we have always have had great experiences. Will continue to work with them on future trips.

GBI LOVE Five Star Alliance I LOVE Five Star Alliance. I have booked all of my global travel through them for years. The upgrades, credits, and overall care are simply amazing. And importantly, when I’ve made an error (which sadly has happened a few times!), they are always there to help me figure it out.
