Rebooking due to visa issue We experienced a visa delay for one of our travel party which lead us to have to change our flights. Our contact at Top Business Class (Simon Geta) did an amazing job to research the next best options to minimize lost time and additional expense. He made himself available to take calls and complete the booking outside his regular working hours. He worked with his Asian counterpart to finalise the booking so that we could leave the next day.
