GBCommunication is key staff need to communicate with clients/customers with fuller information and due diligence. we've often waited weeks to hear back from them. Of course, our travel is planned months in advance so this is not a serious problem but it is worth mentioning.

GBThey really know what "business class" is! Joseph is our travel agent for our upcoming trip to Europe. He was VERY diligent in his research of flights and is an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. It is very important that I can lie flat on a long distance flight and he was very much aware of the nuances of different airlines and their "definitions" of business class vs. just extra legroom. We are excited for our adventure in May and if all goes well, we will continue to use him again for our next trip in October.
