GBRebooking due to visa issue We experienced a visa delay for one of our travel party which lead us to have to change our flights. Our contact at Top Business Class (Simon Geta) did an amazing job to research the next best options to minimize lost time and additional expense. He made himself available to take calls and complete the booking outside his regular working hours. He worked with his Asian counterpart to finalise the booking so that we could leave the next day. We were a bit stressed out with all the visa delay. Simon was patient, pleasant and calm through-out. He did a great job for us. Thank you.

GBThey really know what "business class" is! Joseph is our travel agent for our upcoming trip to Europe. He was VERY diligent in his research of flights and is an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. It is very important that I can lie flat on a long distance flight and he was very much aware of the nuances of different airlines and their "definitions" of business class vs. just extra legroom. We are excited for our adventure in May and if all goes well, we will continue to use him again for our next trip in October.

GBCommunication is key staff need to communicate with clients/customers with fuller information and due diligence. we've often waited weeks to hear back from them. Of course, our travel is planned months in advance so this is not a serious problem but it is worth mentioning.
