GBWorse experience with unprofessional… Worse experience with unprofessional staff. I was transferred to 4 different people and I was told that I have to contact airline directly and they can’t do anything about it even though I paid extra $200 for Insurance in case my flight gets cancelled or delayed. Very unprofessional and non serious staff. I would totally not recommend it and will rather suggest to book ticket directly with airline. Because these people are a scam. Only book with these people if you want to pay extra money for worse service.

I got my tickets today with Oojo and the experience was great, cheapest price and great customer service, confirmed tickets with airline company within minutes. I saw all what a customer can look for. For sure I will see them first for my next tickets.

GBTalking to real person Always have a great experience with OOJO, they have been handling tickets for me and my parents since last couple years, I like their 1 on 1 service. It gives us appeasement when you are talking to a person on the otherside instead of any automated answering machine.

GBGreat website format The fact that everything was broken out and you compared side by side, so you knew what you were selecting. Obvious information about adding on additional protection without feeling like you were being misdirected to spend more money. The fact that they will review the information and find better prices for you as an additional service was new to me, but I think it's a great feature to add for 20 dollars.
