I was transferred to 4 different people and I was told that I have to contact airline directly and they can’t do anything about it even though I paid extra $200 for Insurance in case my flight gets cancelled or delayed. Very unprofessional and non serious staff. I would totally not recommend it and will rather suggest to book ticket directly with airline. Because these people are a scam.
