GBI was hesitant at first because I never… I was hesitant at first because I never heard of Find Business Class before but Nick Plummer was so fantastic to work with. He was very patient with me in answering all my many questions and explained things I didn't even know to ask. He got me the best price for our tickets and communicated quickly and clearly. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him and his company.

GBGreat First Time Experience and Agent! I had no idea what to expect as I used other Business Class services but I just picked this from the internet...Tyler Cooper was just great and that was what helped me stay. I was working with another agent who had a very competitive fare but Tyler was willing to listen and was patient. He offered options and also was willing to help with seat choices etc. I was very pleased since a lot of times you do have some very abrupt agents - Tyler was very good.

She was professional and made me feel that she was working hard to find the business class flights that met my needs.
