I had no idea what to expect as I used other Business Class services but I just picked this from the internet...Tyler Cooper was just great and that was what helped me stay. I was working with another agent who had a very competitive fare but Tyler was willing to listen and was patient. He offered options and also was willing to help with seat choices etc. I was very pleased since a lot of times you do have some very abrupt agents - Tyler was very good.
