She provided me with a straight forward and informative understanding of what Contractor Umbrella could do for me even though at the time (and I made this clear) that I was unsure if I even needed an Umbrella. All questions were answered to an outstanding level. They deserve 6 stars!

Great service I used Umbrella Contractor for a 3 month freelance contract. The set up was easy and they were able to navigate some complexity with my client (e.g contract in EUR, expenses in multiple currencies, set up on client invoicing system etc...). The service is first class, very knowledgeable and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

Friendly, efficient and responsive Very friendly, practical, no-nonsense advice when I first contacted them. As another reviewer said, the tone and content of that conversation (without the hard-sell) meant I chose them over others. Since then the onboarding and support has been excellent. I had a few issues with their portal but the onboarding team has always been very quick to respond to issues and queries. They lost one star as there is obviously an issue setting up new users on their portal - it's fine once you're up and running.

Helpful and responsive service CU were very helpful when I started contracting in 2016 and are my preferred umbrella. Good insurance cover and an efficient, low-key approach. Lots of guidance available and overall a better experience than from a couple of larger outfits (when choice was limited). The admin is pretty smooth. The usual occasional queries over contracts, agencies or misunderstandings are sorted out through a friendly phone call or email.

Joanne was amazing Joanne was amazing. A real pleasure to work with her for the entire duration of my contract. Payments and replies to my emails was always received on time. Joanne was so caring and so supportive. Absolutely stunning experience with Joanne and Contractor Umbrela. I highly recommend this company.
