Upon arrival we discovered that the apartment could not be found - the address simply didn't exist. Nobody in the neighbourhood - not even other hotels - had heard of the place or the company. It was impossible to contact 123suncuba.com - the telephone number of the contact in Havana did not exist and they did not answer our emails. After we posted this complaint we have been contacted by 123suncuba.com, who offerede us a refund if we removed the post. We removed the post - but they have not paid back the money. It is now clear to us, that 123suncuba cannot be trusted and the case will be handed over to the Danish police authorities as a case of internet fraud. We strongly recommend that you avoid any engagement with 123suncuba.com UPDATE: 123suncuba writes this to us: "The police don’t care that you are not even able to find an house. easy to book and when I need to make with 123suncuba Easy to book and when I needed to make changes to my booking it was handled efficiently and I was contacted at my convenience. The villa had everything we needed, 3 db/twin beds all en suite and even an extra loo off the living area. Kitche/bbq equipment was plentiful and in good repair. The cleaning team/pool man and manageress in resort were all great, helpful, friendly and efficient customers service and staff on place in Cuba.

Not legit I discovered that the address i had booked didn't exist, and there was no way for me to reach 123suncuba, as their phone numbers are fake. Bad experience, stay away.
