WARNING: FRAUD. Address doesn't exist - money lost. UPDATED We booked and paid an apartment in Havana in advance of our visit. Upon arrival we discovered that the apartment could not be found - the address simply didn't exist. Nobody in the neighbourhood - not even other hotels - had heard of the place or the company. It was impossible to contact 123suncuba.com - the telephone number of the contact in Havana did not exist and they did not answer our emails. After we posted this complaint we have been contacted by 123suncuba.com, who offerede us a refund if we removed the post. We removed the post - but they have not paid back the money. It is now clear to us, that 123suncuba cannot be trusted and the case will be handed over to the Danish police authorities as a case of internet fraud. We strongly recommend that you avoid any engagement with 123suncuba.com UPDATE: 123suncuba writes this to us: "The police don’t care that you are not even able to find an house. Stay in your country and don’t travel"

The Apartment Abigail was perfect The Apartment Abigail was perfect if not a little tired, it needs a little TLC. However the facilities were excellent and the view from the Apartment is fantastic, what a way to have your breakfast looking across the beautiful Bay towards Havana , wow!! The 123suncuba team were very helpful and proactive, particularly when we had car trouble it was sorted very quickly. The whole week in Cuba was a delight and as in the past 123suncuba were a great choice for our holiday!!

Very good service customers and team We were very happy with the service given. We asked for some arrangements to be made at the last minute and the agent tried very hard to help us, suggesting an alternative when there was no availability. Bookings were all handled for us and an agent met us to make sure it all worked smoothly. English speaking agents also helped a lot.

Fabulous orgaization with 123suncuba I just returned from my 15 day trip which was booked through 123 suncuba.com. On a scale of 1 to 10...they are a 10. Our flight to Havana was 4 hours late. The representative was still at the airport, got us to the villa without a hitch. A representative also took as back to the airport and made sure we got through customs quickly. The guides for tours were outstanding, knowledgeable, and reliable. We were met each morning promptly for our daily activity. I am so impressed with this organization and their partners and would use them again without question! If you have any concerns about travelling to Cuba, I would recommend using this tour operator for a seemless and worry free trip.
