the Refund policy needs some reveiw Somehow between Booking.com and Airpads two room got booked under my reservation. Once I saw the error I called both Airpads and Booking.com and despite both Amitting it was a mistake, Airpads declined to remove-thee extra room saying they have a strict non refundable room policy.

Still haven't received my refund after 3 weeks I was overbooked and denied a room on October 19th. It is now November 12th and I still have not received my refund from AirPads concerning my over booked reservation at the Suites at Signature in Las Vegas. They still owe me $761 and I have not seen a cent of it yet.

Great accomodation Great accomodation, lovely helpful staff and luxury full stop. I was not happy with having to pay extra for house keeping. I had no pre-warning of this before check-in.

10 nights at Signature Suites by… 10 nights at Signature Suites by Airpads and 10 fantastic nights at that. There are a lot of negative reviews towards Airpads but all I can do is give a glowing report. If you know that there is no maid service and fresh towels before you book then all is fine. There are plenty of towels in the room anyway and keeping the tidy is not a problem. I would recommend Airpads to anyone and will hopefully be using them again in 2 years time. Thank you Airpads 🙂

hidden payment for everything hidden payment for everything, this is a scam you pay the access for the pool for access to the hotel for cleaning the room, just pay the normal hotel for the same price or less, they ask you information to access to the hotel like in police, I don't recommend this service. This company is a real skam they tray constantly to charge my card for things that I never use. to avoide, never use airpads!!!!
