This is the worst travel experience… This is the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. The house was dirty, filled with loose dirt, nails, cockroaches (!), and stained sheets/mattresses. It was not suitable for any visitors, and matched none of the listing’s photos in reality. When I called to inform Holiday Keepers that it was unacceptable, they berated me and cursed at me. These people are swindlers without a local presence. Don’t trust them! They’re trying to skirt around Air BnB by offering discounts if you book on their site - don’t do it! Horrendous. 0/10 rating.

Rented 2 houses for a weekend vacation… Rented 2 houses for a weekend vacation only to end up using one of them. A/C did not work, the showers and sinks would sometimes run dirty murky water, we had to boil for clean drinkable water. contacted the owner only to be told they would send somebody and no one showed up. Their way of compensation was to push our check out a few hours later when we had asked them to at least refund half of what we paid for renting both houses. Horrible way to spend our vacation.

house in palmerton,1735…strohl valley We rented the house in palmerton,1735 strohl valley rd,the place was amazing we enjoyed in pool/jacuzzi,the staff was very helpful and nice,we will definitely come enjoy again

Their villa in Plains is amazing Their villa in Plains is amazing. It has a personal lake, waterfall, tennis court, swimming pool, and so many indoor games. It’s a huge property and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They were a very good host. Would definitely come back for a vacation there

Best friends and family vacation We had one of our best friends and family gathering. HolidayKeepers also gave us a free upgrade considering number of people we had for a comfortable stay. Everyone loved the house and all the arrangements. Our experience was flawless starting with conveniently providing the parking tags. We had awesome time!!
